Baked Brie – Halloween Style
BOO! Take your Halloween spread from ordinary to legendairy with this fun and festive mummy baked brie. It’s an easy Halloween appetizer that’s perfect for serving with crackers or baguette.

- StepPreheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- StepOn a lightly floured work surface, unroll the puff pastry and cut it into ½-inch strips.
- StepWrap the pastry strips around the brie to resemble a mummy, leaving small gaps between some of the strips and space for the eyes.
- StepIn a small bowl, whisk together the egg and milk to make an egg wash. Brush the pastry lightly with the egg wash, then transfer the wrapped brie to the prepared baking sheet.
- StepBake for about 20 minutes, or until the puff pastry is deeply golden and the brie is warmed through and gooey.
- StepFor the eyes, place two sliced ends of grape tomato inside two sliced black olives. Add the eyes to the baked brie before serving.
- StepServe warm with crackers or sliced baguette.
