Through our partners at Longo's, Dairy Farmers of Ontario is pleased to offer The Loft's Inspired Ontario Cooking and Entertaining Series. St. Jacobs is well-known for its agricultural heritage and timeless beauty. In this class, Chef Emily Richards fuses her passion for the region with creative, original recipes such as Cheese Crusted Buffalo Cauliflower Wings, Rich and Creamy Mac and Cheese, and Chopped Salad with Grilled Halloumi to name a few. She will discuss the importance of table culture and cooking with local cheese and dairy.
