I Heart Beer - Mac n' Cheese Festival

The 1st Annual Toronto I❤︎BEER + Mac & Cheese Festival takes place at the Queen Elizabeth Building at Exhibition Place. This Ugly Sweater themed event invites all food and drink enthusiasts to taste from some of the province’s best breweries and restaurants. The Dairy Farmers of Ontario sponsors a delicious Mac & Cheese sampling event provided by neighbouring restaurants using some of Ontario’s finest cheeses.

Inspired Ontario Cooking Series

Through our partners at Longo's, the Dairy Farmers of Ontario is pleased to offer The Loft's Inspired Ontario Cooking and Entertaining Series. St. Jacobs is well-known for its agricultural heritage and timeless beauty. In this class, Chef Emily Richards fuses her passion for the region with creative, original recipes such as Cheese Crusted Buffalo Cauliflower Wings, Rich and Cream Mac and Cheese, and Chopped Salad with Grilled Halloumi to name a few. She will discuss the importance of table culture and cooking with local cheese and dairy.
