Make restaurant quality, fresh, buttery parmesan garlic knots in the comfort of your home.
Preheat the oven to 400˚F. Prepare a parchment-lined baking sheet and set aside.
Take premade pizza dough and roll into a long log with a 4” width. Cut into 4”x4” squares and individually roll them out into 8” ropes. Tie each dough into knots and tuck the ends underneath.Place the knots on the tray and set aside.
In a small bowl, melt Ontario butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and mix. Brush each knot with the butter mixture, reserving some for brushing later.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Once ready brush with more garlic butter and garnish with parsley and Ontario parmesan.
