Instructions

Step 1

Using electric mixer, beat cream cheese, butter, cornichons, onion, mustard, paprika and garlic until well blended. 

Step 2

Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with chives (if using) just before serving. 

Step 3

Serve with crackers or rye bread.

This cheese spread also makes a great dip for veggies as well.
