Crispy tortillas with melted locally made cheese and spicy shrimp make for a mouth-watering combo!

Instructions
Step 1
Thread the shrimp on skewers.
Step 2
Squeeze 3 tbsp fresh lime juice over the shrimp. Brush with melted Ontario salted butter and season with salt and pepper. Marinate for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Heat the grill. Place shrimp skewers on the grill and cook shrimp until bright pink.
Step 4
Remove shrimp from skewers and coarsely chop. Heat pan over medium heat. Place tortilla on pan and sprinkle Ontario Tex Mex cheese. Add shrimp, grilled peppers and onions to one half of the tortilla.
Step 5
Once the cheese is melted, fold the tortilla in half and flip.
Step 6
Remove from the pan, cut into thirds and serve with Ontario sour cream and lime wedges.
