This five ingredient fudge is just as delicious as it is easy to make! The locally made condensed milk and the hints of peppermint make for an easy sweet treat perfect for the holiday season.

Step 1

Prepare a  9×9 baking dish with non­-stick cooking spray.

Step 2

In a microwave safe bowl, add in the white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk. Add in the 1 tsp. of peppermint extract and microwave in 30 second intervals until melted. Mix thoroughly.

Step 3

Once melted and combined, pour mixture into the baking dish and sprinkle crushed candy canes over top.

Step 4

Allow fudge to cool at room temperature. Once cool, place the baking dish in the fridge (covered) to allow the fudge to completely set.

Step 5

Cut into 12 large squares or 24 mini squares.
