Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl put all ingredients together and mix. Knead for a minute until dough becomes a sticky ball.
Step 2
Divide into six pieces. Dust flour onto a table and roll out dough with a rolling pin. Roll each until about 1/8” thick.
Step 3
Heat a frying pan or flat pan until very hot. Cook each flatbread for a few minutes on each side until they have golden spots and it puffs up.
Step 4
Once ready, lightly coat with butter, sprinkle parsley and serve.
