Warm up to a cheesy bow bowl that you can eat!
This broccoli cheddar soup is melt-in-your-mouth delicious which will leave you wanting seconds.
Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Take the bread loaves and cut out a hole in the middle of each bun. Remove the crust and press the soft bread down to form the bread bowl. Place in the oven and bake for 5 minutes until toasty. Once ready, set aside.
In a large pot, add garlic. Once fragrant, add chicken broth, heavy cream and chopped broccoli. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-20 minutes until tender.
Once thickened, divide into bread bowls. Top with cheddar cheese and bake until the cheese melts. Let cool and serve.
