    In a sauté pan over medium heat, melt butter until it turns light brown. Add brown sugar and peaches to the pan.

    Stir and cook until all the sugar is dissolved (2-3 minutes). Remove from heat.

    Transfer the peach mixture to a food processor and purée the peach mixture until fairly smooth, leaving a few small pieces of peaches.

    In a bowl, gently fold the peach mixture into the yogurt for no more than four strokes.
  5. Step
    Divide the mixture between popsicle moulds and insert popsicle sticks. Freeze for 3 - 4 hours or until frozen.
