This artichoke dip is a cheese lover's dream. Made with Ontario-made cream cheese, parmesan and mozzarella, it is perfect when paired with veggies and bread.

- StepHeat oven to 425˚F. In a large bowl, whisk together Ontario cream cheese, Ontario Sour cream, Ontario parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste.
- StepAdd artichokes, spinach, Ontario shredded Mozzarella cheese and mix to combine.
- StepTransfer to a small baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and serve with fresh vegetables and baguette slices.
