- StepRinse quinoa, then cook with water. Simmer for about 15 minutes and let cool.
- StepIn a large bowl, mix quinoa, corn, lettuce, tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, and cilantro. Sprinkle in cumin and toss gently.
- StepIn a small bowl, whisk yogurt, maple syrup, lime juice, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper. Adjust to taste.
- StepAdd avocado and pecans to the salad. Pour dressing over and toss gently to combine.
