Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Step
In a small saucepan, combine milk, cream, sugar, and gelatin powder. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until the sugar and gelatin are fully dissolved. Do not let the mixture boil.
  2. Step
Pour the warm mixture into small round cups or molds. Allow it to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
  3. Step
To release the pudding, fill a bowl with warm (not hot) water. Place the pudding cups in the water for about 5 minutes, just until the edges loosen. Invert each pudding onto a plate and gently lift off the mold.
  4. Step
Pipe local whipped cream around the base of each pudding to create a scarf.
  5. Step
Sprinkle desiccated coconut on top to resemble snow.
  6. Step
Place a marshmallow on top as the snowman’s head.
  7. Step
Use food coloring or edible markers to draw the eyes, mouth, and nose.
  8. Step
Insert pretzel sticks on each side to form arms.
  9. Step
Keep chilled until ready to serve and enjoy this festive, creamy snowman pudding.
