Ingredients
Instructions
- StepIn a small saucepan, combine milk, cream, sugar, and gelatin powder. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until the sugar and gelatin are fully dissolved. Do not let the mixture boil.
- StepPour the warm mixture into small round cups or molds. Allow it to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
- StepTo release the pudding, fill a bowl with warm (not hot) water. Place the pudding cups in the water for about 5 minutes, just until the edges loosen. Invert each pudding onto a plate and gently lift off the mold.
- StepPipe local whipped cream around the base of each pudding to create a scarf.
- StepSprinkle desiccated coconut on top to resemble snow.
- StepPlace a marshmallow on top as the snowman’s head.
- StepUse food coloring or edible markers to draw the eyes, mouth, and nose.
- StepInsert pretzel sticks on each side to form arms.
- StepKeep chilled until ready to serve and enjoy this festive, creamy snowman pudding.
