These juicy burgers showcase one of our favourite fruits - peaches! Pick ripe, but firm, peaches for the best flavour.

  1. Step
    In a bowl, toss peach quarters with oil. Place on greased grill over medium-high heat and grill, turning occasionally for about 6 minutes or until grill marked and softened. Remove to a cutting board.
  2. Step
    Dice enough of the peaches to make about 1/2 cup (125 mL). Thickly slice remaining peaches and set aside.
  3. Step
    In a large bowl, combine turkey, diced peaches, basil, garlic, salt and pepper. Shape into 4 patties. Place on preheated medium grill and cook, turning once for about 12 minutes or until no longer pink inside. Place 2 slices of brie on each patty; close lid and let stand on grill for 30 seconds to melt.
  4. Step
    Garnish each patty with a lettuce leaf and top with remaining peach slices. Serve immediately!
