Matcha Chocolate Yogurt Bark

Snack smarter with this delicious matcha chocolate yogurt bark. Made with locally-made Greek yogurt from Ontario and topped with antioxidant-rich matcha and chocolate, it's a no-bake treat that tastes as good as it looks.  Perfect for snack boards, party hosting, or a better-for-you sweet bite.

    Gently melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave in short bursts, stirring until smooth.

    Pour the melted chocolate onto a parchment-lined baking tray and spread it into a thin, even layer using a spatula. Place in the freezer for 30–45 minutes until set.

    In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, matcha powder, and maple syrup. Stir until fully blended and smooth.

    Once the chocolate layer is firm, spread the matcha yogurt mixture over the top evenly.
  5. Step
    Sprinkle with your choice of toppings for extra crunch or flavour.
  6. Step
    Return to the freezer for 2–3 hours, or until completely frozen.
  7. Step
    Remove from the freezer, break into irregular pieces, and enjoy immediately or store in a sealed container in the freezer.
