Matcha Chocolate Yogurt Bark
Snack smarter with this delicious matcha chocolate yogurt bark. Made with locally-made Greek yogurt from Ontario and topped with antioxidant-rich matcha and chocolate, it's a no-bake treat that tastes as good as it looks. Perfect for snack boards, party hosting, or a better-for-you sweet bite.

- StepGently melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave in short bursts, stirring until smooth.
- StepPour the melted chocolate onto a parchment-lined baking tray and spread it into a thin, even layer using a spatula. Place in the freezer for 30–45 minutes until set.
- StepIn a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, matcha powder, and maple syrup. Stir until fully blended and smooth.
- StepOnce the chocolate layer is firm, spread the matcha yogurt mixture over the top evenly.
- StepSprinkle with your choice of toppings for extra crunch or flavour.
- StepReturn to the freezer for 2–3 hours, or until completely frozen.
- StepRemove from the freezer, break into irregular pieces, and enjoy immediately or store in a sealed container in the freezer.
