Create a show-stopping centerpiece with this tree-shaped cheese board. Artfully arranged with a delightful selection of local Ontario cheeses that will enchant your guests and elevate any holiday gathering.

Ingredients

  • Cheddar cheese (cut into cubes, cut one star)
  • Marble cheese (cut into cubes, cut one rectangle)
  • Pepper jack cheese (cut into cubes)
  • Mozzarella cheese (cut into cubes)
  • Red grapes
  • Green grapes
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Step
    Using a large rectangle or circular wooden board or platter. Start by arranging the rectangle-shaped marble cheese piece in the bottom center of the board. This will act as the base of your tree.
  2. Step
    Start forming the shape of the tree from the bottom. Begin layering the cheddar cheese cubes first.
  3. Step
    Add a layer of mozzarella cheese cubes.
  4. Step
    Add your green grapes layer.
  5. Step
    Add a layer of marble cheese cubes.
  6. Step
    Add your last layer of red grapes.
  7. Step
    Add the final layer of pepper jack cheese cubes. This should be the top of the tree.
  8. Step
    Add the star-shaped cheddar cheese piece on top of the tree.
  9. Step
    Garnish the tree with sprigs of rosemary.
  10. Step
    Enjoy chilled with crackers, bread, and nuts!
