Gameday Sliders
These Buffalo Chicken Sliders get their magic from cheddar, mozzarella, and sour cream made right here in Ontario. Soft rolls soak up sour cream and a buttery herb topping, while cheddar and mozzarella bring the perfect cheese pull. Easy to prep, bake, and share. It’s the kind of crowd-pleasing bite that only happens when really good dairy shows up—thanks to Ontario dairy farmers.

- StepPreheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Lightly grease a baking dish large enough to hold the slider buns snugly.
- StepIn a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Buffalo sauce, sour cream, softened butter, and dried parsley. Mix until evenly coated.
- StepWithout separating the buns, slice the entire slab of slider buns horizontally. Place the bottom half into the prepared baking dish.
- StepSpread the Buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the buns. Sprinkle the cheddar and mozzarella evenly over the chicken layer. Place the top buns back on.
- StepIn a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and fresh parsley.
- StepBrush the garlic butter generously over the tops of the buns.
- StepCover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
- StepRemove the foil and bake for an additional 8–10 minutes, or until the tops are lightly golden.
- StepRemove from the oven, garnish with additional parsley if desired, slice into individual sliders, and serve warm.
