Mix the Base
- StepIn a bowl, mix the cream cheese until smooth. Add the mayonnaise, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and garlic. Mix until fully combined.
Add the Mix-Ins
- StepFold in the green onion, shredded cheddar, bacon, and parsley until evenly distributed.
Chill the Mixture
- StepRefrigerate for 20–30 minutes to firm up slightly.
Shape the Carrots
