Cottage Cheese Cake
This creamy, light cheesecake is smooth, rich, and made with protein-rich cottage cheese made right here in Ontario. A wholesome twist on a classic dessert.

- StepPreheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two small ramekins or oven-safe bowls with parchment paper or lightly grease them.
- StepIn a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, egg, vanilla protein powder, and vanilla extract. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy with no lumps.
- StepDivide the batter evenly between the prepared ramekins. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the centers are set and the edges are lightly golden.
- StepTop each cake with fresh blueberries while warm or after cooling.
- StepAllow the cakes to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours for a firm, cheesecake-like texture.
