    In a blender, add milk, 1 cup yogurt, whey protein powder, 1 tbsp chia seeds, raspberries (keep 3 for garnish) and honey. Blend on high for 30 seconds.

    Top with the remaining Greek yogurt, chia seeds and raspberries.
