Cheesy Egg Bagel
Take breakfast up a notch with melty, cheesy egg bagels made with Ontario mozzarella and cheddar. This delicious bagel is everything you want in a breakfast - fast, flavourful and loaded with melty locally-made cheese from right here in Ontario.

- StepPreheat air fryer to 180°C / 350°F.
- StepLightly butter the cut side of each bagel half.
- StepPlace the bagel halves on a small piece of parchment or foil (for easy transfer).
- StepSprinkle grated mozzarella into the center hole of each bagel and around the cut surface.
- StepCrack one small egg into each bagel hole. If needed, press the center down or scoop a little out to make more room.
- StepCarefully transfer to the air fryer basket.
- Step- Whites are set - Yolks are soft or firm, depending on your preference
- StepSprinkle with chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
- StepServe hot — crispy, cheesy, spicy perfection!
