Cheesy Egg Bagel

Take breakfast up a notch with melty, cheesy egg bagels made with Ontario mozzarella and cheddar.  This delicious bagel is everything you want in a breakfast - fast, flavourful and loaded with melty locally-made cheese from right here in Ontario.

    Preheat air fryer to 180°C / 350°F.
  2. Step
    Lightly butter the cut side of each bagel half.
  3. Step
    Place the bagel halves on a small piece of parchment or foil (for easy transfer).
  4. Step
    Sprinkle grated mozzarella into the center hole of each bagel and around the cut surface.
  5. Step
    Crack one small egg into each bagel hole. If needed, press the center down or scoop a little out to make more room.
  6. Step
    Carefully transfer to the air fryer basket.
  7. Step
    - Whites are set - Yolks are soft or firm, depending on your preference
  8. Step
    Sprinkle with chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
  9. Step
    Serve hot — crispy, cheesy, spicy perfection!
