- StepCook bacon in a frying pan until crispy. Remove from pan and allow to cool. Chop into small bits and set aside.
- StepCut broccoli in florets and rinse thoroughly. Chop green onions and set aside.
- Stepcut cream cheese into cubes and add into a blender or food processor. Add fajita seasoning, milk and blend until emulsified.
- StepIn a large bowl toss together broccoli, chicken, bacon bits, cheddar, and cranberries. Add in the cream dressing, and mix until broccoli is coated. Salad will keep for 5 days in the fridge.
