Burrata Caprese Sandwich
Crunchy, creamy, and oh so delicious! We grilled a burrata caprese panini and let the high-quality burrata from Ontario dairy farmers do what it does best – steal the show.

Make the Tomato Confit
- StepPreheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- StepIn a small baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, garlic cloves, butter, rosemary, salt.
- StepRoast for 20–25 minutes, or until tomatoes are soft and blistered. Let cool slightly.
Toast the Bread
- StepLightly toast slices of Baguette with butter using a brush add the butter and using a pan toast the baggutes until crisp and golden.
Assemble the Toast
- StepSpread a generous layer of basil pesto on the toast.
- StepAdd a handful of arugula.
- StepTear open the burrata and place on top.
- StepSpoon over the roasted tomato confit with some of the garlic and infused oil.
- StepSprinkle chili oil.
- StepDrizzle with fig glaze for a sweet finish.
Serving Tips
- StepServe immediately while the burrata is still creamy and the bread warm.
