This cheesy, quick and easy Mac N Cheese will be one for the weekly dinner rotation and it doesn't require an oven!

- StepIn a skillet over medium heat add the butter, whisky frequently. Continue cooking until the butter begins to foam & give off a nutty aroma, about 3 to 4 minutes. It will go from brown butter to burnt butter very quickly, so watch it carefully.
- StepOnce the butter browns, add the breadcrumbs. Season with salt & pepper. Set aside until ready to serve.
- StepIn the same skillet, add butter and allow it to melt, add in flour and whisk for about 2 minutes. Slowly whisk in the milk. Season with salt, pepper & pepper flakes. Continue cooking until mixture begins to thicken, about 15 minutes.
- StepAdd the cheeses & sour cream. Stir until the cheese fully melts into the sauce.
- StepAdd in the cooked macaroni pasta and gently mix until evenly coated. Garnish with the brown butter breadcrumbs & serve immediately.
