This artichoke dip is a cheese lover's dream. Made with Ontario-made cream cheese, parmesan and mozzarella, it is perfect when paired with veggies and bread.
Heat oven to 425˚F. In a large bowl, whisk together Ontario cream cheese, Ontario Sour cream, Ontario parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste.
Add artichokes, spinach, Ontario shredded Mozzarella cheese and mix to combine.
Transfer to a small baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and serve with fresh vegetables and baguette slices.
