Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350ËšF. Lightly grease a square baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.

Step 2

Boil pasta shells in a large pot of salted water. Once ready, drain and set aside.

Step 3

Meanwhile, prepare the filling in a large bowl. Add shredded turkey, diced onion, celery, garlic, local shredded cheddar cheese and stuffing. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4

Prepare your casserole dish with gravy on the bottom. Begin filling pasta shells with filling mixture. Place on top of gravy. Add stuffing pieces, local cheddar cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes. Once ready, garnish with parsley and serve.
