Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 ÌŠF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Step 2
Fill a large pot with water. Add a generous amount of salt. Add in washed potatoes and bring
pot to a boil. Boil until potatoes are slightly tender.
Step 3
Once potatoes are ready, transfer to the prepared baking sheet. Using the back of a frying pan or a meat tenderizer, smash potatoes, being careful not to break them apart. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder, Cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes or until crispy and dark brown. Transfer potatoes to serving dish.
Step 4
In a small bowl, mix all the creole sauce ingredients. Drizzle the sauce on top of the potatoes,
garnish with oregano leaves, and serve.
