Strawberry honey butter

Prep the Strawberries

    Finely chop strawberries and lightly mash with a fork to release some of their juices.

Whip the Butter

    In a bowl, beat softened butter until light and fluffy.

Mix Everything Together

    Add strawberries, honey, salt and lemon zest (if using). Mix until well combined and smooth.

Chill or Serve
