Strawberry honey butter

Sweet strawberries and honey whipped into creamy butter from Ontario create a spread that melts beautifully over warm biscuits, pancakes or toast.

Prep the Strawberries

    Finely chop strawberries and lightly mash with a fork to release some of their juices.

Whip the Butter

    In a bowl, beat softened butter until light and fluffy.

Mix Everything Together
