Ingredients

  • 12 Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookies (recipe in the milk calendar)
  • 5 tbsp Ontario butter, melted
  • 125 grams (½ block) Ontario cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 cups Ontario heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Step
In a large food processor, finely crush all the cookies. Then, pour in the melted butter and pulse a few times until it is incorporated.
  2. Step
In individual serving cups of choice, spoon in about 2 tablespoons of the cookie mixture and press it down. Repeat this with about 8 single serve cups. Leave behind about 2 tablespoons of the cookie mixture in the food processor.
  3. Step
To the same food processor with the reserved crushed cookies, add the room temperature cream cheese and pour in the heavy whipping cream. Whip the mixture until it reaches soft peaks. Then, add the powdered sugar and whip until it reaches stiff peaks.
  4. Step
Add the cream to a piping bag, and pipe in the cream mixture into the individual cups over the cookie base. Optional to decorate on top with mini cookie toppers and extra chocolate chips. Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours, or overnight. Serve cold.
