Notes

Why you’ll love this recipe!

This creamy chicken bowl is fresh, filling and easy to customize. Greek yogurt helps make the chicken tender and flavourful. The creamy feta dressing adds tangy, savoury flavour. Quinoa, cucumber, tomatoes and red onion make it a balanced bowl. It works well for lunch, dinner or meal prep.

Recipe Tips

Marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours, or overnight for more flavour.

Cook the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, then let it rest before slicing.

Blend the feta yogurt dressing until smooth and creamy. Add a small splash of milk if you want a thinner dressing.

Add the dressing just before serving to keep the vegetables crisp.
