Instructions

  1. Step
In a large bowl, combine the prepared stuffing, shredded turkey, old cheddar, bread crumbs, flour, eggs, milk, poultry seasoning, and black pepper. Mix until evenly combined. Taste before adding salt, as prepared stuffing can already be well seasoned. If the mixture feels too wet to roll, add 1–2 tbsp more bread crumbs.
  2. Step
Scoop about 2 tbsp of the mixture and roll into a ball. Repeat to make about 12 stuffing balls. Place on a tray and chill for 15 minutes to help them hold their shape.
  3. Step
Melt 1 ½ tbsp butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add half of the stuffing balls, leaving space between each one.
  4. Step
Cook for 8–10 minutes, turning often, until golden brown on all sides, warmed through, and firm in the centre. Cover the skillet for the final 2 minutes to help the centres set and warm through.
  5. Step
Transfer to a plate and repeat with the remaining butter and stuffing balls.
  6. Step
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm with turkey gravy for dipping.
