Buttery Stuffing Balls with Turkey Gravy
This is a fun, savoury and buttery twist on a holiday favourite. Served with sauce or gravy, these make for a great party appetizer or side to your holiday meal!

- StepIn a large bowl add all ingredients and mix until combined.
- StepScoop stuffing, about 2 tablespoons per serving, and roll into a ball using your hands, forming about 12 balls.
- StepHeat oil in a deep fryer or large saucepan to 350ËšF.
- StepCarefully lower 4 to 5 stuffing balls into hot oil and fry until golden brown on all sides, about 4 minutes; transfer to a paper towel-lined plate using a slotted spoon. Repeat with remaining stuffing balls.
- StepOnce ready, in a small bowl mix melted butter with salt and parsley. Carefully brush onto stuffing balls and serve.
