Baked Chicken Tacos
You can’t make these tacos without the dairy. Crispy baked tacos are loaded with melted cheese from Ontario and topped with local sour cream to create the perfect flavour-packed bite.

Instructions
- StepWarm a pan over medium heat and melt butter.
- StepAdd chicken, salt, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Cook 6–8 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- StepAdd onion, bell peppers, and garlic. Cook 3–4 minutes until softened.
- StepStir in remaining butter and mix until melted and creamy. Adjust salt to taste.
- StepIn a food processor, blend cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- StepAdd paprika, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- StepPreheat Oven – Set oven to 190°C (375°F).
- StepLightly brush tortillas with butter. Fill each with chicken mixture, add a spoon of sauce, and sprinkle cheese.
- StepFold and place in a baking dish.
- StepBake Until Crispy – Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and crispy.
