To make the Milk Calendar program as easy and efficient as possible, we’ve set up a simple online sign-up form for Ontario residents.

At this time, we are unable to process any requests sent by email, voicemail or phone.

Yes, providing your email address allows us to send you a confirmation of your Milk Calendar order request. In addition, we will also send you an early access invitation every year to sign-up for the Milk Calendar. You will also receive monthly FREE recipes, coupons for dairy products and special offers via our exclusive newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time but note that if you unsubscribe, you will no longer receive notifications about the Milk Calendar.

As printed calendar quantities are limited, only one printed calendar is issued per Ontario mailing address and email address. If you request a second calendar with the same email address, your original entry will automatically be deleted. 

Expected Delivery Time: Milk Calendar orders are usually processed within 8 weeks from the order date, provided that the mailing address is in Ontario, that the mailing information was entered correctly, and that no duplicate orders were placed using either the mailing address or email address.

To ensure we have the most recent mailing address on file, it is necessary to request that consumers sign up each year for the calendar. This ensures calendars are mailed to those who have made a request and are delivered to their most current address.

Since 2019, Dairy Farmers of Ontario changed the Milk Calendar distribution plan from newspapers to mail delivery to ensure the right quantity of calendars were being printed. 

This method allows Dairy Farmers of Ontario to reduce paper waste and connect directly with the people who love the iconic Milk Calendar.
