For this year's World School Milk Day on Sept. 30, Dairy Farmers of Ontario (DFO) celebrated by hosting a contest for all Ontario elementary schools through its Elementary School Milk Program (ESMP).

The prize packages include free milk for all students, as well as interactive digital education materials. Schools that were registered for the program before Sept. 16, 2020, would be automatically be entered.

DFO has selected a total of four winning schools through a random draw:

  • Rose Avenue Junior Public School in Toronto, Ont.;
  • Roberta Bondar School in Ottawa, Ont.;
  • Princess Elizabeth Public School in London, Ont.;
  • Holy Cross School in North Bay, Ont.

The schools will be receiving their free milk for students in the new year.

DFO is proud to be giving back to the community while promoting school registrations and dairy education.
