A: If you signed up prior to November 20, 2020 to receive a 2021 Milk Calendar and are a resident of Ontario (we are only able to mail 2021 Milk Calendars to Ontario residents), don’t worry! Due to the large volume of mailings, it may take up to four weeks for you to receive your 2021 Milk Calendar. It is being delivered by regular mail via Canada Post. If you signed up more than five weeks ago and still haven’t received your Milk Calendar, please confirm the approximate date you signed up and we’ll look into it for you. Please email calendar@milk.org should you need to inquire.

Q: Why is the calendar not in the newspapers anymore?

A: In 2019, Dairy Farmers of Ontario changed the Milk Calendar distribution plan from newspapers to mail delivery to ensure the right quantity of calendars were being printed, and that everyone in Ontario who wanted a calendar could receive it. This method allows Dairy Farmers of Ontario to reduce paper waste and connect directly with the people who love the iconic Milk calendar.

Q: General Feedback on the 2021 Milk Calendar

A: Dairy Farmers of Ontario works hard each year to create a Milk Calendar that will be loved – and used – by Canadians. They are not able to take feedback over the phone, but you are encouraged to share your feedback by sending an email to calendar@milk.org, using the subject line: “2021 Milk Calendar Feedback”

Q: Will you read my feedback? Does it matter?

A: The team that puts together the Milk Calendar will review all of the feedback provided. They really love hearing from consumers like you and while of course it’s not possible to always incorporate all of the ideas provided, some of the best enhancements to the Milk Calendar have been suggested by Canadians who have used it for years, and even generations.

Q: I have questions/general feedback about the Dairy Industry.

A: If you have general questions or feedback on the Canadian dairy industry, please email questions@milk.org directly and your comments or questions will be forwarded to the person or partner organization best suited to respond.
