Q: How do I get a 2023 Milk Calendar?
A: If you are an Ontario resident, you can sign up to download the 2023 Milk Calendar Digital Recipe Collection and for exclusive bonus recipes by clicking here. If you opted for a printed copy of the 2023 Milk Calendar, Dairy Farmers of Ontario will mail you a free calendar. Paper copies are for Ontario consumers only. Limit of 1 printed calendar per mailing address and/or 1 printed calendar per email address. Any requests beyond 1 calendar from the same email address whether it has the same or different mailing address will NOT be processed, only the original request will be processed. Expected Delivery Time: Approximately 12 weeks via Canada Post provided that your request meets the sign-up criteria and your mailing address is entered correctly.

Q: Do I have to provide my email address to get a 2023 Milk Calendar?
A: Yes, providing your email address allows us to send you a confirmation of your Milk Calendar order to confirm receipt and to be used as a reference in the event that your Milk Calendar is not received within the delivery time frame. In addition, we will also send you an invitation to re-subscribe to receive the Milk Calendar each year. You will also receive free recipes, coupons for dairy products and special offers as well as local food information throughout the year through our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time but note that if you unsubscribe, you will no longer receive notifications about the Milk Calendar.

A: To ensure we have the most recent mailing address on file, it is necessary to request that consumers sign up each year for the calendar. This ensures calendars are mailed to those who have made a request and are delivered to their most current address.
Q: Can I order a 2023 Milk Calendar by phone or by email?
A: To make our Milk Calendar program more efficient and to better serve our consumers, we have enabled a fully online sign-up system. This means we are NOT accepting sign-ups over the phone or via email. Any requests sent over email or phone will not be processed. Our toll-free number 1-833-817-2114 will not be accepting any requests.
Q: How do I get a 2023 Milk Calendar if I live outside of Ontario?
A: If you live outside of Ontario, you can visit the Dairy Farmers of Canada website or your provincial milk board's website to learn how to receive the 2023 Milk Calendar in your area.

Q: Why is the calendar not in the newspapers anymore?
A: In 2019, Dairy Farmers of Ontario changed the Milk Calendar distribution plan from newspapers to mail delivery to ensure the right quantity of calendars were being printed. This method allows Dairy Farmers of Ontario to reduce paper waste and connect directly with the people who love the iconic Milk Calendar.

Q: How do I enter the contest to win free milk for a year?
A: By signing up for the digital collection only, you are automatically entered into the contest. You must be a resident of Ontario to qualify for the contest. One entry per consumer. Repeated entries will be deleted. If you wish to withdraw from the contest, email calendar@milk.org with the subject line: Contest Withdrawl. Winners will be contacted after December 10, 2022.
