Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 ÌŠF and prepare a parchment lined baking sheet.
Step 2
Place brie on top of baking sheet and bake until soft (10 minutes).
Step 3
Cut block cheeses into cubes or mini triangles. Slice the mozzeralla ball into thin slices or place bocconini onto toothpicks, set aside.
Step 4
Prepare a charcuterie board starting with placement of the cheese, followed by fruit, crackers, cookies to fill the space. Be sure to leave the middle area open to fit the Brie!
Step 5
Dip: Place Greek yogurt into a ramekin, add a drizzle of maple syrup into the yogurt and mix. For a savoury dip, mix in salt and pepper to taste, and top with chopped chives.
Step 6
Once ready, place brie in the middle of the board, drizzle maple syrup on top and serve.
