Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 ̊F and prepare a parchment lined baking sheet.
Step 2
Place brie on top of baking sheet and bake until soft (10 minutes).
Step 3
Cut Havarti and Cheddar cheese into cubes or mini triangles and set aside.
Step 4
Prepare a charcuterie board starting with placement of the fruit, followed by the cheese and crackers/cookies.
Be sure to leave the middle area open to fit the Brie!
Step 5
Optional (Dip): Place Greek yogurt into a ramekin, mix in salt and pepper to taste, and top with chopped chives
or for a sweet dip, add a drizzle of maple syrup into the yogurt and mix.
Step 6
Once ready, place brie in the middle of the board, drizzle maple syrup on top and serve.
