WHAT YOU NEED

  • 1 1/4 cups local Ontario vanilla yogurt
  • 1 1/4 cups local Ontario milk
  • 2 ounces (57g) local Ontario cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 cups frozen pineapple

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth, about 30 seconds. Serve right away!
