WHAT YOU NEED

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups kefir
  • 1 1/2 cups carrot juice
  • 1/ 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1 tbsp honey

 

  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne
  • 1 banana

INSTRUCTIONS

 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
