This year, the RC Show was held from March 1 to 3, 2020, at the Enercare Centre in Toronto, Ont. At the show, DFO marketing staff attended and exhibited at a booth with an assortment of dairy product offerings for attendees to try. DFO also worked with a handful of its processing partners. As well, DFO launched its new culinary theme, Savour Ontario, with the intent on promoting local Ontario dairy to chefs and restaurants.

The RC Show is a large foodservice and hospitality event where food industry representatives go to network, get inspiration and experience new products and campaign launches. The show has seven stages hosting over 150 speakers, six competitions, three leadership conferences and four networking events.
