DFO launches new Hands marketing campaign

Dairy Farmers of Ontario’s (DFO) marketing division is excited to announce the launch of DFO’s new Hands campaign, another meaningful and emotionally compelling campaign, which celebrates farmer values and features Ontario dairy farmers and their families.

The Hands campaign is part of a larger strategy on DFO’s brand equity, which encompasses several elements that tie into its Dairy Done Right tagline.

The commercial premiered during the Grammy Awards on Sunday, Jan. 26, kicking off the campaign’s first phase. Through the perspective of a dairy farmer’s “hands,” DFO is showing how Ontario dairy farmers’ pride, humanity and compassion are in all aspects of their day-to-day lives. It will play in rotation alongside DFO’s commercial from last spring, "The Letter," for two weeks on and two weeks off until April 26. The second phase begins on March 2, where consumers will start to see “Hands” in other ad formats, including on billboard signs and online.
