Manager, Innovation & School Milk Programs

To succeed, you will have:
· University/College degree, preferably in commerce, marketing and/or business administration
· 1-3 years of relevanct management experience
· 1-3 years of experience related to innovation, product and brand development, and management of associated programs
· Demonstrated creativity. 
· Demonstrated strength in written, oral and presentation skills
· Strong relationship building skills (internal & external)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Proven CRM, social and web maintenance experience
· Experience in the CPG Industry an asset
· Experience in the Dairy Industry an asset
· Bilingual in French & English an asset 

Overview of job responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee the operation of DFO's Innovation programs for Dairy Entrepreneurs. 
2. Handle all day-to-day admin, tracking, client communications and promotion for DFO's Start Up/Scale Up program. 
3. Manage all client and participant relationships. Draw upon internal & external support where required. 
4. Manage the day-to-day operations of School Milk programs including tracking, analysis, reporting, marketing, content creation, school & vendor engagement. 
5. Foster positive working relationships with key stakeholders and vendors. 
6. Respond to e-mail, mail, and/or telephone related inquiries, questions, or requests from internal and external sources. 
7. Support all school programs promotion efforts - media, print and events. 
8. Present innovative ideas, research, and conclusions to varied DFO Partnerns as required. 
9. Content development, maintenance, deployment, and interaction of CRM and Social for all school programs.
10. Evaluate existing programs, identify, and develop enhancement opportunities in collaboration with DFO staff, agencies, partners and/or consultants and implement them as appropriate. 
11. Develop and circulate various reports and participate in meetings and presentations. 
12. Collaborate with DFO marketing teams to support integrated marketing efforts.  
13. Interact and present innovative ideas, research, and recommendations to varied DFO Partners as required.
